By purchasing any service from JoyWorksVA, the client acknowledges and agrees to all listed terms, policies, timelines, and service expectations outlined below.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full prior to the start of each service period to secure your time slot. Services will not begin or continue without completed payment. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the balance is settled.

Project timeline

It depends on timely communication and the submission of all required content, assets, access, and information from the client. Delays in communication or missing materials may affect delivery timelines.

Scope & Revisions

All services include only the scope and revisions outlined in the agreed service package. Additional revisions, requests, or changes outside the original scope may result in additional fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of time-based and service-based work, all payments after it has been processed are non-refundable once services have commenced.
